  1. LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ASSOCIATED DICTIONARIES AT YOU OWN RISK. Under no circumstances shall David Niemeijer or Niemeijer Consult be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages to your software, hardware or person) arising out of the use of or inability to use this software or related documentation and accompanying files, even if David Niemeijer or Niemeijer Consult have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We provide KeyStrokes, KeyStrokes Extension, the KeyStrokes Dictionaries, and the related documentation "as is" without warranty of any kind and David Niemeijer and Niemeijer Consult expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall David Niemeijer and Niemeijer Consult be liable for any damages, regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the software and dictionaries bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software and associated dictionaries. Niemeijer Consult cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the supplied dictionaries.

  5. CONDITIONS

You may use this software for a 15 day trial period. After these 15 days you should register the software. After your registration has been processed you will receive an activation code that is valid for 3 weeks. During this period a permanent license code file is prepared, which you will receive by e-mail. Registered users will be kept informed of updates by e-mail.

  9. A registered user is entitled to use both the 68K and PowerPC versions.

You are free to distribute KeyStrokes as long as you do this in its original unmodified installer. You are not allowed to sell or resell KeyStrokes without express written permission from Niemeijer Consult. You are not allowed to (re)distribute a registered copy. You are not allowed to modify KeyStrokes in anyway or (re)distribute a modified version.
